McAndrew has led cybersecurity for the 31-year-old IT managed services provider for five years and is a past RVATech board member.
Participating on McAndrew’s CISO panel will be Stephanie Williams Hayes of the Virginia Department of Health, Barry Davis of the Virginia Department of Social Services and Sophie Street of State Employees Credit Union.
