Microsoft CSP Membership Expands AISN Cloud Services

Summary: The Microsoft CSP Program allows AIS Network to provide direct billing, sell combined offers and services, and directly provision, manage and support Microsoft cloud offerings. These include Azure managed services and Office 365 managed services.

McLean, Va. — July 28, 2016 — AIS Network has expanded cloud services for its North American clients via its Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider membership. AISN now offers Azure, Office 365 and Windows Intune licensing through its Tier 1 membership in the Microsoft CSP Program, along with comprehensive Azure Managed Services and Office 365 Managed Services.

Workloads deployed for AISN clients on Microsoft Azure and Office 365 are securely integrated with AISN’s managed private cloud and managed application services, enabling clients to leverage a flexible hybrid cloud hosting environment.

AISN is a secure and compliant cloud hosting expert with 23 years of experience in secure managed hosting and supporting Microsoft applications. AISN clients are large enterprises in the health care, pharmaceutical, government, education, and financial industries as well as international corporations and The Commonwealth of Virginia.

“Our membership in the Microsoft CSP program will empower us to strengthen customer relationships and expand cloud sales opportunities dramatically by selling combined offers and services. Azure gives us flexibility with another infrastructure deployment option to meet our clients’ unique requirements for scale, compliance and cost savings,” said AISN CEO Jay Atkinson.

Atkinson noted that entry into the CSP program is competitive and limited to trusted Microsoft partners who can demonstrate their ability to provide a seamless, end-to-end customer experience as they manage the entire customer lifecycle.

In the Microsoft CSP program, AISN owns the complete customer lifecycle, including direct billing, allowing it to sell Azure, Office 365 and other Microsoft cloud solutions more easily. AISN also provisions, manages and supports Microsoft products and services, including providing across the cloud platform integrated services such as security, storage, vulnerability testing, disaster recovery and more.

“When an organization wants to use cloud technologies such as Azure, Office 365 and Windows Intune, AISN will help that organization optimize and manage its platform to save time, money and resources,” said Atkinson.

“The majority of our clients are focused on high security and compliance. However, they’re also evaluating new and better ways to utilize the cloud in a way that achieves the best performance. Our CSP membership allows us to build stronger relationships with our clients and provide them with the best cloud solutions to drive their business.”

“To meet the growing demand of our cloud-based solutions, we’re thrilled to expand the capabilities for cloud partners under the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Program,” said Phil Sorgen, corporate vice president, Worldwide Partner Group at Microsoft Corp. “By joining the Microsoft CSP Program, partners will deepen customer relationships and expand business opportunities in the cloud.”

Atkinson expects heightened government interest in the Microsoft cloud, particularly in Virginia. Through AISN’s three Virginia contract vehicles, executive branch agencies, counties, cities, towns, schools and all other public entities throughout the commonwealth use AISN as a one-stop-shop to build, host, operate and maintain their mission-critical applications, websites, portals, databases and more.

Based in McLean, Va., AISN is a small business and the preeminent cloud hosting and managed services provider for the Commonwealth of Virginia. They are the CAI Virginia IT Contingent Labor Contract Statement of Work (SOW) – Application Development, VA-190906-AISN Hosting Services, and VA-120413-BPI Web Applications Maintenance and Operations.
